C-eye is a medical device used exclusively for corneal crosslinking in the context of ophthalmological practice, it was designed to treat the following pathologies:
– Keratoconus
– Corneal ectasia (post refractive or iatrogenic surgery)
– PMD (Pellucid Marginal Degeneration)
– Infectious keratitis
– Sterile Corneal Welding
– Bullous keratopathy

  • Treatment at the slit lamp: The C-eye device can be used in traditional surgical procedures or mounted on various slit lamps available on the market using a special adapter
  • Irradiation profile: C-eye provides a differentiated UV irradiation profile, in order to compensate the peripheral cornea thickness increase.
  • Sub 400 protocol: The sub400 protocol for thin and ultrathin corneas is integrated in the C-eye device. This protocol provides individualized fluence to the cornea, delivering the right amount of energy that will stabilize the cornea, avoiding excessive UV exposure.
