GoCheck (Gobiquity Inc.)

GoCheck is a medical technology company focused on digital ophthalmology. The company was founded in 2011 by Dr. David Huang, co-inventor of Optical Coherence Tomography, to use smartphone technology to address unnecessary vision impairment in children.

Today we offer a complete vision screening system which includes an iPhone application and a patient management portal. The application includes photoscreening for children from ages 1 year to 6 years and visual acuity testing for children older than 6 years as well as adults. Our technology is targeted at organizations involved in large vision screening programs such as government agencies, non-profit organizations, hospitals as well as healthcare retailers. With our recently released visual acuity telemedicine app, we enable safe visual testing from home during the current pandemic.

With our products we serve over 6’500 care team members across the globe and have screened more than 3 million children while detecting over 150’000 risk factors. Among our customers and partners we are proud to include many renowned organizations such as Orbis International, the government of Flanders in Belgium and 1’800 clinics and hospitals across 48 states in the U.S.

GoCheck is headquartered in the U.S. with international sales and customer support teams in Switzerland and the Philippines.
